GIFT GUIDE: STOCKING FILLERS

It's that time of year when every blogger and their mum posts some gift guides and this year I decided I wanted to add my two cents worth and get involved. I'm not going to lie I really enjoyed it. Setting up the flat lays while Christmas songs were playing in the background.

I have a little mini series made up of 4 different categories and what better way to start than with stocking fillers, small but great little pressies that could be perfect for friends, colleagues and even last minute filler gifts.

Every year I always love the idea of getting little gifts and can find myself getting a bit carried away as I just think opening little gifts is always lovely.

You can never go wrong with getting a good pair of cosy socks and I love the idea of having a pair that can also be doubled up as a soft pair of slippers. If you know a girl who is forever hoarding beauty items or even stationary a little bag is always a great idea and even better if you can find one with a cute motif or design on it like this one from Urban Outfitters.

Candles and a good hand cream are always wanted / needed by most, you just never really want to spend your own hard earned cash on these items so they make great gifts. Notebooks are fabulous as little fillers and with the varieties you can get now, I'm sure you'll find the perfect one for anyone who loves jotting down their thoughts or just to make quick notes. One that I'm aware isn't for everyone is a pack of Fujifilm Instax films, which for someone who owns a Instax mini, I think is a perfect stocking filler so you can keep capturing little instant moments.

Lastly I love heading to places like Oliver Bonas and Anthropologie to pick up small buys - from mugs of all shapes and sizes, more stationary to ornaments and decorations.
